Shelby Lawanson, PA-C (she/her) is a board-certified physician assistant who joined the practice in 2026. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her passion for dermatology developed during her gap years working as a medical assistant at Charles County Dermatology Associates. She went on to receive her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University.
Shelby is licensed to practice in Maryland and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates.
